How is MesseMeet different from per-seat event apps?
Most event platforms charge per attendee licence. MesseMeet charges per event, so a 200-person matchmaking programme costs the same as a 2,000-person one — and participants never need to create accounts or download an app; each gets a personal link.
Do participants have to download an app?
No. Every participant gets a personal portal link that works in any mobile browser — agenda, match inbox, floor map, badge with QR, and messaging, with no app store and no login.
What is a guaranteed-meetings package?
On the Guaranteed tier the organiser sells exhibitors a minimum number of qualified meetings (for example 5 or 10). MesseMeet tracks delivery against the guarantee and gives the matching team a worklist for any shortfall before the show.
How do meetings actually get booked?
The engine proposes meetings with a one-sentence reason. Both sides accept before anything is booked. The scheduler then assigns a 20-minute slot and table with no double-bookings, and the schedule is emailed and lands in each participant's portal.
