The service

MesseMeet provides per-event business-matching software and services: participant registration, an explainable matching engine, double opt-in confirmation, meeting scheduling, a participant portal, and post-event reporting. Creating an organiser account and setting up an event is free; running a live matching programme is invoiced per event at the published pricing (messemeet.com/pricing) or as agreed in writing.

Organiser responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to upload the participant data you import, and that participants have been informed their details will be used for business matching at your event. You are responsible for the accuracy of your event information and for qualifying the participants you approve.

Fair use

No unlawful, misleading, or abusive use; no scraping of the directory or magazine; no attempts to access other organisers' events or participants' personal links. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

MesseMeet facilitates introductions; we are not a party to any transaction between participants and do not guarantee commercial outcomes. The service is provided “as is”; our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the event concerned. Meeting guarantees, where purchased, are defined by the package terms on the pricing page.
